Here at RM Recruit we are passionate about the environment and are doing what we can to become a fully carbon neutral business. We are not perfect, but we are trying.

Paperless

We are making considerable efforts to operate as a 100% paperless business as to reduce paper waste generated by our activities which in turn helps to conserve natural resources and protect the environment.

Cloud Based

We utilise a cloud-based accounting system that allows our clients receive statements and invoices online rather than by post.

Technology

We avoid printing CVs whenever possible for presentation at client meetings and prefer to present these electronically to discuss via Teams calls or via tablet/laptop in face-to-face meetings.

Carbon Footprint

We have fully embraced remote working in the post pandemic market and have no Head Office location, reducing our carbon footprint and allows our team to have a work life balance.

Home Working

We have found that working from home vastly increases productivity by reducing distractions and allowing employees to work in a comfortable environment.
